Role Description

At Respond.io, Sales are pivotal to our company’s success. As a sales personnel, you will be using proactive and inbound selling strategies to engage with mid to large-size businesses to close new business. You will use your knowledge of handling B2B sales to identify business opportunities with current leads and prospective key clients.

We are looking for a Account Executive to join our Sales team and focus on our Mid Market customers across LATAM. This segment represents a huge opportunity for respond.io and we want someone who is eager to do the best work of their lives while supporting others in doing the same.

You will be responsible for driving the sales process with prospective customers as well as expansion within existing accounts. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business goals and act as their trusted guide to understanding how respond.io would be a good fit in their organization. You'll also work with cross-functional teams to help align our product roadmap and marketing materials with customer feedback. Responsibilities

  • Be the driving force behind our revenue growth by proactively seeking new opportunities.
  • Educate potential customers on the immense value that respond.io offers.
  • Provide tailored solution recommendations based on customers' unique business needs and usage patterns.
  • Manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously, guiding them through various stages of the sales process.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries with finesse, effectively addressing billing, legal, security, and technical concerns.
  • Act as the advocate for our customers, collecting valuable feedback to fuel ongoing improvements, including product enhancements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company’s products in the market.
  • Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to contribute to the team's success.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales is a must.
  • Exceptional proficiency in clear and concise spoken and written English and Spanish is essential.
  • A track record of successfully closing sales deals within a B2B SaaS company is highly preferred.
  • You're passionate about identifying customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • An ambitious and goal-driven mindset is crucial for success.
